Season Zero validates the MAP → MATCH → CLAIM loop with the first operators and players. Some processes remain intentionally assisted while the network earns evidence for automation.

What Heistag is building and where the network begins.
What is Heistag?
Heistag is the identity, reputation and intelligence layer for gaming communities. The current product begins with community discovery, HeistMatch and Genesis ID.
Is Heistag a social network?
No. Heistag is not designed around followers, infinite feeds or purchased visibility. Identity is the product, reputation is the moat and network effects are the engine.
Is Heistag only for GTA V and FiveM?
GTA V and FiveM are the initial market because their communities contain persistent identities and high-trust relationships. The long-term direction is multi-game, after the model is validated in the initial ecosystem.

Identity and trust
How Genesis ID, HeistMatch, privacy and reputation are separated.
What is a Genesis ID?
Genesis ID is the first permanent identity asset inside Heistag. It establishes a unique player identity from which future trustworthy history and relationships may grow.
Do I need a Genesis ID to use HeistMatch?
No. HeistMatch requires an authenticated player account, but it is not Genesis-gated. A player with an incomplete identity may be offered Genesis progression without losing access to HeistMatch.
Is my Match Profile public?
No. Match Profile preferences represent private player intent. They describe what you want to play and do not define who you are, your trust level or your reputation.
Can Match Profile preferences affect my reputation?
No. Language, region, roleplay style and access preferences are matching dimensions only. They are not reputation signals.
Can someone buy reputation or trust on Heistag?
No. Visibility, payment or status cannot purchase trust. Reputation must eventually come from credible and explainable signals. You can’t buy trust on Heistag.

Communities and operators
How Community Passports and Season Zero activation work.
What is a Community Passport?
A Community Passport is a public discovery surface that organizes published community information and matching dimensions. Its existence does not automatically mean that the community has been claimed or activated by an operator.
Can any player claim a Community Passport?
No. A Community Passport must be connected to a legitimate operator or authorized representative. Claiming cannot grant ownership based only on an application-side assertion.
How does Community Passport claim work during Season Zero?
Self-service claiming is not currently available. During Season Zero, operator activation is coordinated directly by Heistag through the founder-led acquisition process, with verification instructions provided to the operator.
Does a published Community Passport represent an endorsement?
No. Publication supports discovery and matching. It is not a guarantee, certification or endorsement of every activity performed by a community or its members.
